NWOhio Postal Customer Council Gets A Redesign

Sometimes a temporary design has to be only temporary. A few months back I was prompted to redesign the NWOhio PCC’s website, only catch it had to be up and running within a few hours. I have been a bit ashamed of this design mainly because of how rough and dirty it is (see before picture below.) The initial thought was only one person would be editing the site, turns out a few other people were taking a stab at editing. The site wasn’t built very well and if you look closely you can see a few breaks in the design.

This morning (2:12 am to be exact) I am introducing a new fresh design for the NWOHIO PCC.

This new design I call “The Bald Eagle,” has been created as a template so there can be restrictions on which sections can be edited by the common users. Basic colors have been chosen to help comfort users as they visit the site. Sometimes I enjoy dark background, other times (like the old site) it can look harsh after a while.

I’m going to bed now. Turner is sleeping in between my back and the couch, I’m a bit jealous.
